Thomas “Scott” Edwards is a third-generation trial attorney who started his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard T. Haik Sr. (Retired), Chief Federal Judge of the Western District of Louisiana. Afterwards, Mr. Edwards spent several years working in commercial real estate where he was involved in the various stages of a project’s life cycle. Property types included retail strip centers, big box stores, hotels, condominiums, and add-value multifamily properties. Ultimately, Mr. Edwards realized his true calling in life was to become a trial attorney. Throughout his ten years as a litigator, Scott has represented both individuals and companies while receiving high-value settlements, bench and jury verdicts. Scott’s experience includes admiralty law, personal injury claims, business torts, insurance coverage disputes, product liability claims, contract disputes, real estate, and employment litigation.
